Eligible Return Cases
- Dead-on-arrival products reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Wrong SKU, incomplete shipment, or transit-damaged package with delivery evidence.
- Manufacturer-approved replacement cases under valid warranty scope.
Non-Returnable Cases
- Opened software media, activated licenses, and custom-ordered items.
- Consumables and products damaged due to misuse or unauthorized changes.
Return Workflow
- Write to alok@tekvista.in with invoice, serial number, and issue visuals.
- RMA timelines depend on OEM validation and logistics partner pick-up cycles.
