Return Policy

Return terms apply mainly to physical products procured through Tekvista-led supply and are subject to OEM/authorized distributor conditions.

Policy Document

Eligible Return Cases

  • Dead-on-arrival products reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Wrong SKU, incomplete shipment, or transit-damaged package with delivery evidence.
  • Manufacturer-approved replacement cases under valid warranty scope.

Non-Returnable Cases

  • Opened software media, activated licenses, and custom-ordered items.
  • Consumables and products damaged due to misuse or unauthorized changes.

Return Workflow

  • Write to alok@tekvista.in with invoice, serial number, and issue visuals.
  • RMA timelines depend on OEM validation and logistics partner pick-up cycles.
