Roles and Scope
- Customer typically acts as data controller and Tekvista acts as processor for defined service scope.
- Processing is limited to documented instructions and contractual purpose.
Security and Subprocessors
- Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are applied for confidentiality and integrity.
- Subprocessor use may occur for cloud or tooling dependencies under suitable contractual controls.
Retention and Deletion
- Data retention is linked to service necessity, legal obligations, and backup-cycle constraints.
- Upon service closure, deletion or return workflows are handled as contractually agreed.
